Dispatch "Cannot parse auth URL in .git-credentials" on Deployment

Background/Overview

Impacted Versions: Dispatch 1.0, Dispatch 1.1.x 

Summary

Under PipelineRuns, there is a chance that the logs would output the message below towards the end causing the step to fail. 

level=fatal msg="Cannot parse auth URL in .git-credentials"

This is due to the git command failing to support the :port part of the URL in the .git-credentials file. When the file is read, it URL encodes the hostname (which it thinks is ":8443") into "$3a8443".

Recommendation

The fix was shipped with Dispatch 1.2 but will not be backported to older versions. We highly recommend upgrading to 1.2 if this issue is encountered.
