Fluentbit error "The requested URL could not be retrieved" for PROXIED environment

Issue

Proxied environment might encounter the following error in Fluentbit logs.

This would cause issues in pushing logs to the upstream connection (FluentD) and displaying them in the Grafana Logging dashboard.

Solution

Make sure that the FQDN below, is added to the gatekeeper's 'noProxy' value.
