Users have reported that they had issues building cluster-api compliant AMI in us-gov regions, with the following error being reported:
build 'rhel-8.4' errored after 58 milliseconds 69 microseconds: error validating regions: Invalid region(s): [us-west-2], available regions: [us-gov-west-1 us-gov-east-1]
When this issue is encountered, please specify the ami region as shown in the below command:
konvoy-image build --region us-gov-west-1 --ami-regions us-gov-west-1 images/ami/rhel-84.yaml
